The Victorian jumps fraternity gathered to celebrate the continued strengthening of this unique facet of the racing industry during the 2018 jumps season.

We celebrated a wonderful spread of success throughout the whole industry; and we are ever mindful of the considerable contribution that all participants make - Racing Victoria, Country Racing, The Clubs who run jumps races, Owners, Members, Jockeys, Trackriders, Trainers, Strappers, Administrators and all the supporting businesses (vets, farriers, dentists, body workers, ……. ) make throughout the year.

On page 2 of this newsletter we recognised the Elite in the J J Houlahan Championship Series and the Most Consistently Performed in their categories. The Media Contribution of the Year and Jumping Photo of the Year had their special place on the night and their special perspective of the jumps industry.

The support, encouragement and enthusiasm of our sponsors needs special mention.

Our celebration of the 2019 season date has been set and we look forward with anticipation to Saturday 14th September 2019.
