(a) You agree to indemnify us for all loss, costs, actions, proceedings and judgements made or recovered against us arising from any incident, illness or personal injury sustained at this Event.

(b) We are not liable to you or to any other person for:

i) any losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from any wrongful, wilful or negligent act or omission to you

ii) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including losses of any kind of profits, even if notified of the possibility of that potential loss or damage.

(c) Our maximum aggregate liability for all proven losses, damages and claims arising out of the Event, including liability for breach, in negligence or in tort or for any other common law or statutory action, is limited to the sum of the amounts paid by you to us.
